Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Because search rankings depend on factors outside our control, including the policies and algorithms of third-party platforms such as Google, specific rankings, lead volumes, or business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Our services involve third-party platforms such as Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, actions, or decisions made by those platforms.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of GridRank LLC and may not be copied or used without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridRank LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim.
